Vogue Showhomes has designs on Redditch

Interior design firm Vogue Showhomes has moved into a new warehouse in Redditch.

In a deal styled by property agents John Truslove, Vogue Showhomes has taken 5,546 sq ft on a five year lease at Unit 4, io Centre, Park Farm.

Vogue Showhomes has its offices and design studio in Sambourne, and was previously renting warehouse space.

Diane Hearnshaw, the firm’s director, said: “We needed our own dedicated warehouse in a central location with good access to the motorway.”

The business employs 16 people in total with some warehouse staff moving across.

Vogue Showhomes work alongside a variety of developers, including some of the top ten national new homes builders.

Its diverse range of interior design schemes covers budgets from £10,000 to in excess of £100,000.

It takes in all aspects of domestic interior design, including showhomes, apartments, marketing suites, private client design – from a central London studio to a country retreat and even overseas properties – and furniture packages.

Ian Parker, a director of John Truslove, said: “Vogue Showhomes is a classy operation with high standards.

“The io Centre is in the same vogue – one of Redditch’s premier industrial areas.”

A scheme comprising ten high quality factory/warehouse units, it is now fully let.

John Truslove acted for landlord Aberdeen Asset Management.

Ms Hearnshaw added: “Vogue Showhomes prides itself not only on the long-standing professional relationships it has built up over the years but also the ever expanding new client base that we are continuously building.

“We have forged a solid and dependable team that work very closely together to create the aspirational interiors that clients expect.”
