John Truslove (MRICS IRRV)
Consultant Director. Founded the business in 1981, with the offices initially being based in Alvechurch, prior to moving to Redditch. Worlds No 1 Fan of Ayrton Senna and Eric Clapton “but his stinging blues, not soft-rock”. Widely known for his vintage joke collection and given the nickname ‘Norman Hunter’ in footballing circles.
Ian Parker BSC (HONS) MRICS
Joint Managing Director. Joined the Firm in 1996 and has since developed a respected reputation in the both the local and regional Commercial Property Market. Known for a deceptive turn of pace on the football pitch and a lethal toe-poke. Key responsibilities include selecting the weekly joke for the Advertiser.
Ben Truslove BSC (HONS) MRICS
Joint Managing Director. Joined the family firm in 2012 having previously been the most active Acquisition Surveyor within NFU Mutual’s Property Team, during the largest expansion drive in the company’s 100 year history. Enthusiastic golfer, who tends to utilise zig-zagging approach play with a liberal sprinkling of expletives.
James Haynes
Degree Apprentice Surveyor. Joined the Firm in 2021 as an apprentice and has been developing his knowledge by assisting our Agency, Valuation, Professional and Management teams. James is mainly responsible for the Commercial Lettings from start to finish and assists the Chartered Surveyors on their Valuations to further expand his knowledge to become a Chartered Surveyor himself. James is a scratch golfer and enjoys going to the gym.
Joanne Griffin
Office Manager. First point of contact for marketing enquiries as well as being PA to Ben Truslove and Ian Parker. Jo has worked as a restauranteur and gym manager before working in residential and commercial property development and management. Jo brings a wealth of experience and is a very welcome addition to our friendly team.
Nina Cocker
Property Manager with many years experience across both the Redditch and Bromsgrove Offices. Responsible for looking after a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Originally known as ‘Girl Friday’, she has developed into a key member of the team. Enjoys music, dancing and the odd night out. Much loved by all her team, clients and tenants
Lynn Ball
Long-standing Accounts Clerk who has over 20 years previous experience with a major High Street Bank. Extremely well organised, chases debts efficiently and balances the books with a smile. Much loved member of the Team who enjoys terrifying films and gruesome TV series’.
Lynne Stanton
Property Manager Assistant alongside Sharon and Nina. Linnie has previously worked for Estate Agents, Solicitors and Birmingham Airport before landing in our Property Management Team. She is a fantastic baker with a great sense of humour and is partial to a posh lunch at Brockencote Hall!
Sharon Hawkesford
Property Manager Assistant who works alongside Nina and Lynne in the Property Management Team. A really positive presence in the office with invaluable previous experience having worked for Estate Agents and a Housing Provider.
Tania Clews
Secretary extraordinaire, who is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs help. Collector of spiders and snakes, much to Nina's delight!
