We were instructed to assist our Clients with their site situated approximately ½ mile north-west of the Worcestershire village of Pinvin on the A44.
The premises consist of former smallholding of 3.69 acres of level site with views over open countryside. The site benefited from a Planning Consent to construct a 4-bedroom detached house.
Historically various attempts had been made to alter the planning and obtain consent for a more dense residential or commercial development. We were instructed to work with our Client’s Chartered Planning Consultant to prepare Marketing and Demand Reports to assist with the planning process.
Subsequently we were asked by our Clients to market the premises to maximise any hope value for the site. We undertook a comprehensive marketing campaign, coupled with our comprehensive Market knowledge and contacts were able to secure a sale at a figure that was in excess of their expectations even if they had successfully improved the planning consent.
