Former home of Arrow Motor Auctions hits the market following closure
The premises of the former Arrow Motor Auctions in Redditch – which shut its doors last month – has been brought to market by John Truslove.
Arrow Motor Auctions announced its closure last month. The last auction was held at the end of 2024 and the business shut its doors on 31 January.
The auction room and half-acre compound sits on the corner of Bartleet Road and Icknield Street Drive is now being marketed at a rent of £70,000 per annum, on a minimum five-year lease.
Ian Parker, joint managing director at John Truslove, said: “Arrow was a popular and well-known motor auction business for more than 30 years.
“Its closure offers a unique opportunity for another operator in the auction trade or for a complete makeover of this prominent site in Redditch.”
The property sits on Washford Industrial Estate, an established commercial location on the outskirts of the town centre.
The main structure is a 14,226 sq ft factory unit, converted for use as a warehouse, depot, auction house and offices. There is an additional canopy covering 2,397 sq ft.
