John Truslove brings Aston Fields housing development opportunity to market
A rare housing development opportunity has come on the market in Aston Fields, near Bromsgrove, where a site in Fringe Green Close has outline planning permission for eight new homes.
Property agents John Truslove have been instructed to sell the 0.68 acre site which is located just off the Stoke Road. The freehold plot is on the market for £800,000.

“In June this year, Owl Homes bought a 1.33 acres development site at Upton Snodsbury with permission for nine homes on the site of a former garage and cottage that had stood empty and derelict for at least 20 years or more.
“We have also sold land in Ipsley Street in Redditch which, subject to planning, will provide much needed social housing,” he said.
In October, an 0.89 acre site in Stratford-upon-Avon was sold, subject to planning, for a residential scheme. Also in Warwickshire, a 2.76 acres site is under offer, subject to planning, for a mixed retail and residential scheme.
